A Great Little Trip on the VictoriaCunard Line | Queen Victoria Reviews
Thoroughly enjoyed our Hamburg cruisette on the Victoria, re-vamped since our previous trip on her. All was good, very good. Top marks all round!
Great cruise even in bad weatherP&O Cruises | Arcadia Reviews
Heavy seas both outbound and home. Entertainment good but felt that Emma Alexander did not have the full support of her crew.
Our major disappoint was that the Christmas and New Year cruises have been discontinued. There were a considerable number of passengers that we had met over the last 5 years who were equally upset.
Do P and O want the custom of our age groups or not?
Christmas in the CanariesP&O Cruises | Oriana Reviews
Absolutely fabulous, the ship was beautifully decorated for Christmas.
Wonderful food and a great choice.
The staff could not have been more helpful and ever so polite.
Be sorry to see Oriana leaving the P&O fleet.

Excellent cruise in every way.
Great holidayP&O Cruises | Britannia Reviews
We have cruised many times and to be fair have been avoiding the Britannia because of its size.
And I am so pleased to say our worry was ill-founded.
The ship and crew were great.
A very nice and relaxing 14 days.
We will be arranging to return.
Best ever ChristmasP&O Cruises | Ventura Reviews
Best Christmas we have ever had, everything was perfect, food staff and decor of the ship, only disappointment was the entertainment wasn’t up to the normal P O standard, but saying that the Headliners were excellent as usual.
Christmas and New Year-P&O Cruises | Oriana Reviews
Although a lot of people we spoke to on this cruise loved the ship it was not the one for us. There was a lack of toilet facilities for the disabled in the public areas – there being nothing on Deck 12 for the Conservatory Buffet venue and also on other decks as well. We felt that it was just too small a ship for us – although for most of the people on board it would appear to be just the right si…
OverallP&O Cruises | Oriana Reviews
We have always considered Oriana our favourite cruise ship and are sorry to hear the Chinese have bought her.
Our Xmas cruise on her was one of the best we have done except that the fireworks on Tenerife were poor.
The evening entertainment was excellent. The Headliners and the 4 violinists were superb.
We are on Ventura on June 16th and hope they are on again.
Great Christmas CruiseP&O Cruises | Oriana Reviews
After a very comfortable coach journey by Eavesway we boarded a very well decorated Oriana and were delighted with the cruise to the Canaries. Service and food were great. We were a little disappointed with the entertainment, but the Headliners were the best we have ever seen. Trips from the ship were good especially the Whale watching and the weather was very good. There was a problem with the sh…
Fabulous Christmas cruiseP&O Cruises | Britannia Reviews
First holiday ever at Christmas. Britannia got it absolutely right and made our Christmas wonderful. Staff were attentive and service was excellent. Food was delicious, especially on Christmas day. A good mix of ages on board from very young to oldish but lovely adult only pool and sun terrace. Entertainment was generally good with a variety of venues and bars. The cabin was great and the steward …

Drinks package rubbish. Food amazing.
Flights abysmal… never again without a DIRECT flight!!!!!!!
Christmas 2018P&O Cruises | Oceana Reviews
Once again the Oceana was beautifully decorated and the food very good. Disappointed with entertainment this cruise, felt that apart from the Headliners, other evening entertainment was poor.
On an excursion in Lisbon, we had two stops of one hour which was not adequate time to see anything, it was a waste of our time and money.
On a more cheerful note, the dance teachers, Stuart & Jane, were extr…
Falling standards-Cunard Line | Queen Elizabeth Reviews
I have cruised many times with Cunard and have Diamond status. The Xmas cruise was a disappointment food wise. The portions have been reduced in size the combinations of food was at time odd and after requesting HOT, HOT, food in the restaurant on the 6pm servings I had to constantly send it back as the plates were cold. Vegetables were only served on request. The waiters were wonderful and embarr…
Magical cruiseP&O Cruises | Ventura Reviews
We have just returned from Ventura’s Christmas and New Year cruise to The Canaries and Madiera together with Lisbon.
It was wow from the minute we stepped on board. With the ice rink in the Atrium. The decorations were very good. The staff right from the Captain to the cabin staff were excellent. The food overall was greatly improved to what was served on other ships.
The entertainment was good as…
Christmas Caribbean Cruise A833A-P&O Cruises | Azura Reviews
Overall the cruise itself was a good one, but P&O standards are certainly changing, in fact some marked changes since we cruised on Azura in April. Could there be an initiative from Carnival to market/rebrand P&O for a different ‘Customer’ base.? Cunard certainly continue to position themselves as ‘Premium’, and succeed!
The entertainment choice is not as professional as previous cruises and the c…
Xmas in the CaribbeanP&O Cruises | Azura Reviews
Just returned from a lovely Christmas cruise in the Caribbean on Azura. Everything just as expected. The ship, although looking tired, is still lovely, crew friendly and helpful, and everything we needed on board. The only thing that spoiled it was the group of loud and argumentative passengers who apparently were a wedding party. We understand that they were actually ejected off the ship after ma…
Christmas CruiseP&O Cruises | Aurora Reviews
Had a great ten-day cruise over Christmas went to Oslo, Copenhagen, Amsterdam and Bruges. Went on a coach tour in Oslo a Christmas Market in Copenhagen a canal trip at night in Amsterdam and a coach tour in Bruges all were brilliant. All the staff and service were first class.
Canaries Cruise. More sea, less weather-Cunard Line | Queen Victoria Reviews
Cunard service and standards were as usual very high. Out of 10 days cruising, five were at sea and only two days of good weather. The excursions were pricey for what they delivered and the drinks on board astronomical. The daily hotel charge was confusing as you got the heavy impression from crew that they still expected a tip. After all we had paid for the cruise with staff and service, backroom…
Excellent holidayP&O Cruises | Britannia Reviews
Went on Caribbean cruise on Britannia on 8/12. Had a wonderful time. Booking via Bolsover Cruise club went smoothly. Holiday food, service and entertainment were very good. Destinations were so good, can’t wait to do it again.
Preloved Christmas breakCunard Line | Queen Victoria Reviews
Have just had a 10 day Canaries cruise just before Christmas. The ship was decorated for Christmas and all the details of the cruise were as expected top notch. All the staff were professional in their roles and customer service was second to none. Our ports of call were as expected and we enjoyed seeing the sites. Great value for money and 5-star treatment throughout.
Pre Christmas Cruise to the CanariesCunard Line | Queen Victoria Reviews
We have been on Queen Victoria once before and we were not disappointed with our second cruise. Our cabin was clean, well furnished, but the shower room lacked storage space and the bath towels were rather small. Plenty of hanging space in the wardrobes and the beds were extremely comfy. The whole ship had been tastefully decorated with seasonal garlands and trees etc and looked magnificent.
Antarctic stunnerHolland America Line | MS Zaandam Reviews
The ship sailed from Buenos Aires to San Antonio Santiago via Cape Horn. We were blessed with amazing weather calm and fairly warm. We were able to get to the Falklands and around Cape Horn without any rough seas. It’s a small ship but very compact. Food was excellent. Choice in the main restaurant and lido was fantastic. Afternoon teas with silver service was a bonus. The onboard cruise /port inf…
ExceptionalP&O Cruises | Britannia Reviews
Exceeded all expectations of cruising. Not overly impressed with all Caribbean islands but the staff and cruise were amazing. Looking forward to booking again.
Amazing from start to finishP&O Cruises | Britannia Reviews
After cruising on smaller ships, we had doubts about the size of Britannia, but could not fault it at all. It’s one of the most friendly ships we have been on.
The food was excellent, with such a vast choice for the evening menu in the restaurant.
Breakfasts in the buffet were plentiful with, again, so much choice.
We went to 2 of the fine dining venues, the Shindu Indian restaurant and the Limeli…

We had a very enjoyable cruise, and the staff were helpful.
EmergencyP&O Cruises | Ventura Reviews
My husband was taken ill on the port of Lisbon and transferred to hospital. He is still there waiting to be well enough to be repatriated. The cruise medics on board were fantastic. I remained on board as my husband was not happy with me being in a Capital on my own. Since arriving home P&O have phoned ever day for an up date. What fantastic care. I have learnt that they hope to get him back late …

Poor food/mediocre service-Cunard Line | Queen Elizabeth Reviews
Booked a club balcony dined in Club Restaurant the food was cold more often than not as was the water in a teapot for breakfast the excuse given was that the Club Restaurant was some distance from Galley.
The quality of food was very poor indeed the same veg every night. The choice was very bland typical of a 2/3 star hotel the cruise was the first week of December and we were given a Christmas di…
