A fantastic cruise around Cook Islands , not the cheapest, but the service and comfort were superb and the places we went were unbelievable, it’s a long way to go from England but it’s certainly worth looking at
Trials on board prove dinning experiences need improvement-P&O Cruises | Ventura Reviews
Obvious reduction in staff in the Cinnamaon and Saffron restaurant’s caused several reports of meals lasting 2 and 3 hrs. Waiters where rushed off their feet and now have to take wine orders and on some occasions were expected to take other people to tables in a different area.
Card room has been taken over by an arcade which 95% of time was empty. Only place to play was on outer edge of glass hou…
Service very poor but lovely ship-P&O Cruises | Ventura Reviews
Great ship, comfy beds, small balcony rooms, service absolutely terrible. Hardly any staff to help. At the restaurant saffron took over a hour both Friday and Saturday evening to just get a drink. In the 2.5 hours we were in the restaurant we got to order 1 drink. It was 1 waiter for 40 people. Ruined it for us.
ManiViking Cruises | Viking Mani Reviews
We were a bit apprehensive about sailing on Rhine in winter but doubts were cleared from day 1. We were met by their reps at the airport in Basil . Met another couple from Uk and made great friends as were the only 6 from Uk . Service, food , cabins ,etc was totally faultless . The included excursions were well organised although lots of walking that meant I did not put on wt but lost 1lb. Omelett…
Dissapointing-P&O Cruises | Azura Reviews
Big difference food wise then my last cruise on Ventura. Most of food was Cold and not a big selection, staff excellent as allways, especially APPLE BACTAB & JORGE BALADJAY on reception. Loved my cruise anyway.
Shore tours a big expensive rip off-P&O Cruises | Aurora Reviews
Good cruise good food good ship no complaints about the actual cruise side but a massive complaint about shore excursions a total rip off very very expensive and very poor value for money
ENTERTAINMENT WAS FANTASTIC-P&O Cruises | Oceana Reviews
WE WERE ON DECK 8 WE DID NOT LIKE HAVING TO GO UP OR DOWN IN THE EVENING BECAUSE OF THE RESTAURANT
Short Northern Winter BreakP&O Cruises | Aurora Reviews
1st time I have traveled from Southampton out of main holiday season, the docks are currently undergoing major works but this didn’t seem to cause to much disruption and we were notified in advance. Used triangle car park as an alternative to c&ps, if you have guests traveling from Ocean Terminal this is a great alternative but as we had a split terminal Ocean/Mayflower a taxi is required between …
Xxxxxx-P&O Cruises | Arcadia Reviews
Arcadia it’s self is a lovely ship, it was our first time on Freedom Dining, it was a shambles, most people wanted a table for two if you got down to the restaurant by 6 pm
It would take 1/1/2hrs mostly 45 mins,we were asked would we do a side by side, which is a 4 with a small gap ,fine if you get nice people, but if there not nice ,you are reminded why you want a table for 2.Noraviris was very bad…
A Curate's Egg-Holland America Line | MS Zaandam Reviews
Firstly the good bits; the food was excellent with a huge choice. The service was also top class & the vast majority of staff went the extra mile to please the customers. The cabins were impeccably clean & well furnished with some good extra touches like the binoculars. The captain kept us updated & we particulary enjoyed his Q& A session.
Now the not so good bits. All the extras were by UK standa…

I had a wonderful cruise on the QE to Cape Town. The staff were very friendly & the food good. The lido restaurant, which I used at breakfast & lunch, was buffet style but I rarely found it overly busy.
The evening meal was very enjoyable with a great group of diners. The evening entertainment was fine but I didn’t use the theatre every night, because I wanted to chat to other guests. Yes the dr…
Cruise of a lifetime-Viking Cruises | Viking Sun
Amazon, Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, 2nd leg of the world cruise. Absolutely wonderful, the ship, service, food were all fantastic. The only slight problem we had, was with the entertainment, not impressed. At the end of the cruise we took a two day extension in the Hilton, Buenos Airies, 5 star hotel. Very disappointed, certainly not worth the money we paid, the room was in need of a refurb, the b…
WOULD APPRECIATE COMFY SEATS-Saga Group | Spirit of Discovery Reviews
Really enjoyed my cruise, despite less than flat seas! The food was good, service wonderful and the free wine and spirits gave a very relaxed air. What I would love to find on the SOD would be some comfy chairs. I tried the library, the living room, the Britannia lounge, even on deck. The majority of the seats are too long in the leg (I admit I’m not that tall, but when you get over 60 you do shri…
Good cruise shame about the weatherP&O Cruises | Ventura Reviews
A much improved ship on that of Azura. A lot of furnishings updated but chair in our cabin filthy.
Food excellent. Only ate most metals in Saffron. Had meal in Epicurian, which was excellent. The lobster very acceptable. Also ate in The Glass House. Where quality was the best and well cooked and presented.
Disembarcation was better.
Weather could have been better but not able to control that.
Magical memoriesP&O Cruises | Aurora Reviews
Our very first cruise . It was my dream to see the northern lights. Not only did my dream come true, from the day I found out I was going to the fjords to the day I came home it was magical. I would highly recommend this cruise . Many people explained it was a smaller ship than some of the others. This suited myself and partner plus it’s an adult only ship.

Slightly disappointed with the food in the Medina restaurant. Mostly not hot enough. Food in the buffet was much better and more choices. Overall really enjoyed Aurora and hope to go again soon.

Canaries Cruise And we were rocking and a rolling November 2019P&O Cruises | Ventura Reviews
From Embarkation to Disembarkation We were not disappointed as always the Fantastic Crew made our Holiday on the Ventura.
We didn’t have the best of crossings or weather but the Captain kept us fully informed of what we were due to expect during our transition.
The Food in the Bay Tree Restaurant was very good and the service as always First Class ,The buffet could be very crowded at times and tab…
Revisit CaribbeanP&O Cruises | Azura Reviews
Excellent flight, good transfer and welcome onto ship. Food and entertainment really good as usual for P &O, along with 9 ports of call. Wouldn’t do St Vincent again especially on a Sunday but would do all others especially Grand Turk and Tortola.
The ship is now looking tired and ready for its refit in March and staff attitude is not quite as sharp and ‘can do’ as it was when tips were not in…
First on Azura-P&O Cruises | Azura Reviews
The shows in theatre were good and the ships orchestra excellent. Other music generally too loud for me. for example a Big Band night with the orchestra was spoilt wth too much bass guitar. I would have thought that the sound man on the mixer desk could have done better with this. I suppose I am biased not being into loud guitar groups and their mod songs. The captain gave a good speech and his in…
Azura-P&O Cruises | Azura Reviews
Azura is the 3rd Ship from P&O that we have been on. It is looking a bit tired with things dropping off, leaks among other things. We were pleased to see the Captain making time to talk to everyone he could, he spent about 20 mins with us chatting. Our stewardess Cathy was brilliant the room was excellent. We found certain areas with a lack of service for drinks. ie not enough staff walking around…
MSC Grandiosa- Beautiful new shipMSC Cruises | MSC Grandiosa Reviews
Enjoyed one of Grandiosas first sailings from Southampton. My second time on a MSC ship and loved it. Marketplace buffet was lovely with lots of choise an main dining room also beautiful. Not warm weather so didn’t spend a lot of time outside, but all of the inside spaces and seating were very comfortable and a very nice crew indeed.
Fantastic food and attentive crew onboard Hebridean PrincessHebridean Island Cruises | Hebridean Princess
Just returned from a wonderful few days onboard Hebridean Princess exploring the Firth of Clyde, Loch Longh and the Isle of Arran.
I’ve cruised on 10+ ships and almost always had a wonderful time and this was no different, even though it was different from any other cruise ship! Just 50 passengers to almost 40 crew meant we were so well looked after, we felt like one of the family in no time. The …
ROUGH PASSAGE-P&O Cruises | Oceana Reviews
Ship must be ready for either replacement or overhaul. Not the ship to be on in rough conditions. Last 3 days of our Canaries cruise more uncomfortable than the Force 10 we experienced in the North Atlantic. However, food good and staff really helpful.
First time cruiseP&O Cruises | Britannia Reviews
This was our first time and cruising and we found the experience fantastic. The crew were polite and professional in all areas, entertainment was really good , food was of a high quality.
Performance of the ship was very smooth even in a F9 wind with 8 metre high waves.
Some people where complaining about the lifts but it didn’t bother me if they were slow could always use the stairs.

Oceana Cruise to Canaries & Spain-P&O Cruises | Oceana Reviews
Started with speedy embarcation – time from home to buffet lunch just over an hour. Cases already outside our cabin when we got there. Much improved from our previous P & O cruises several years ago.
Ship lovely and with a proper but not too blingy atrium.
Food very good in Ligurian but no wow factor in the Buffet. Deserts very poor and uninteresting.
Cleanliness excellent and cannot fault staff. …
Fantastic ship and cruiseP&O Cruises | Britannia Reviews
This was my first time cruising and was wondering what to expect. I was not disappointed, the food was fantastic, the service outstanding and there was plenty to do if you were looking for entertainment. It was a hotel on the sea and after 5 sea days relaxing and enjoying the sun we arrived in the Caribbean to visit a number of islands and to get a flavour of each. The ship had everything you coul…
BrilliantFred. Olsen Cruise Lines | Braemar Reviews
Did the Corinth Canal cruise for our Ruby wedding anniversary. Loved it from start to finish the food the staff the itinerary everything. Would have liked to have had a few younger cruisers but never mind. Some of the older passengers can be quite rude and very picky but our dinner guests were all young like us early 60s and we had a great laugh together.
A VERY PLEASEANT SURPRISE!Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines | Braemar Reviews
This was our first cruise with Fred Olsen and from embarkation which is the quickest we have ever known to getting the lift to marquee deck for a very welcome strawberry daiquiri we were immediately impressed with the presentation and cleanliness of Braemar. All the staff acknowledged us and made us feel very welcome from the start. When we entered our cabin we were amazed at the amount of space a…
